Reservations & Payment
How do I reserve equipment?
It’s quick and simple—just go to our “Rentals” page, select the equipment you need, and begin the booking process. Give us a call if you need any help, and we’ll get you set up.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No security deposit is required. Full payment is due at the time of booking by credit card. A damage waiver is included in your rental rate to protect against accidental damage during your rental period.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your credit card will be kept on file for the duration of your rental and may be charged for any additional fees incurred, including fuel, late return, damage, or cleaning charges.
Pickup & Returns
What if I’m late returning equipment?
Late returns are subject to a $150 flat fee plus the full daily rate, effective immediately at the scheduled return time. No grace period applies. Charges will be processed to the card on file.
Equipment Care
Do I need to refuel the equipment?
Yes — please return it with the correct fuel, fresh and clean. Using the wrong fuel or neglecting fuel care can cause serious damage.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Yes — equipment must be returned reasonably clean. A $50 cleaning fee (or actual cost, whichever is higher) may apply if returned dirty.

Do you require insurance?
A damage waiver is included in all rental rates. Licensed contractors with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing minimum $1,000,000 general liability coverage may request a $35/day discount. COI must be submitted and approved prior to equipment release.
Can I let someone else use the equipment?
No — only the renter who signed the agreement is permitted to operate or transport the equipment.
Do you offer other services besides rentals?
Yes! In addition to equipment rentals we offer excavation, land grading, drainage installation, site preparation, material delivery, and more. Serving Barrington, Rochester, Dover, Somersworth, Strafford, Farmington, and surrounding areas. Call or text 603-722-0634 to discuss your project.
